Bilia's Board of Directors has reached an agreement with Managing Director and CEO Per Avander to extend the current employment agreement by two years, which means that Per will remain in his current role until March 2028.
"We are very pleased that Per has made this decision. Since Per took over as CEO in 2011, with his fantastic leadership, he has developed Bilia into a comprehensive supplier for everything related to car ownership with a leading position in the service business and the car business. The product offering has been broadened over time and today there is a large focus on the service business, which makes up the majority of Bilia's results. Bilia is a partner to car manufacturers and we have established ourselves as the market-leading player in the service business and in the car business, regardless of drivetrain." says Bilia's chairman Mats Qviberg.
