The combination of BIMobject’s industry knowledge with GreenMetrica’s deep AI expertise is anticipated to result in more AI-enhanced product offerings and increased development efficiency. The partnership has so far resulted in the development of AI-based features in EandoX, our Environmental Product Performance software.

GreenMetrica is a specialist consultancy focused on agentic AI and the automation of sustainability workflows, helping organizations turn unstructured data into actionable insights. Lumea AI Plattform AB provides the underlying AI platform that powers these solutions. Together, they offer a capability of advanced AI infrastructure, forming a strong foundation for future product development.

The purchase price is intended to be paid primarily with newly issued shares in BIMobject and the value at today’s share price is approximately SEK 13 million. Completion is expected during the summer, subject to customary due diligence and final agreements.
