In order to strongly reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the construction and property industry, there is a great need to easily calculate the climate impact from materials used in construction. Sveafastigheter has choosen to expand its collaboration with Prodikt and will now start annual subscriptions for all its projects. In this way, Sveafastigheter will work actively with its entire project portfolio and thus gain increased control and become even more concrete with its sustainability work.

Prodikt is a unique and open digital sustainability platform for building materials and projects that makes it possible to easily go from, e.g, a BIM model to an analysis of both system and product choices, to a completed climate declaration. Through the use of data-based sustainability information down to the product level, Prodikt, together with Sveafastigheter, will actively contribute to making the buildings of the future more climate-smart, circular and healthy. In March 2022, BIMobject AB invested in Prodikt, as part of the company’s strategy to increase revenues from new digital services to the construction industry.
