Mentice will implement a strategic workforce realignment – impacting nearly one-fifth of its employees – as part of its efforts to reduce operational costs and enhance long-term efficiency. In parallel, the company plans to carry out a rights issue to strengthen its financial position and support the execution of its realignment strategy.
