Qlife and Hipro extend deadline for merger

Late Sunday afternoon, news broke that Qlife Holding and Hipro Biotechnology are extending their letter of intent regarding a potential reverse acquisition. The transaction, which was announced on June 5, is now set to be completed no later than December 31, 2025, and both parties are said to have maintained their commitment to closing the deal.
