Regulatory green light takes Pila Pharma’s obesity candidate into mid-stage testing

Pila Pharma has received regulatory approval from the European Medicines Agency to conduct PP-CT04, a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating XEN-D0501 in people living with obesity over 12 weeks. The trial will explore doses up to four times higher than those studied previously and over significantly longer duration. BioStock contacted CEO Gustav Hanghøj Gram to learn more.
