Saniona enters the second half of 2026 with two internal programs heading for the clinic and a partnership portfolio generating the cash to support them. SAN2668 for severe pediatric epilepsy and SAN2465 for major depressive disorder are both targeting phase I initiation around year-end. In August, AstronauTx exercised its option on ATX0926, delivering USD 5 million in shares to Saniona.
