SynAct on phase III plans following new ADVANCE data

SynAct Pharma has presented a post-hoc analysis of the phase IIb ADVANCE study with resomelagon in rheumatoid arthritis. The new data clarify previous placebo responses and reinforce the drug’s therapeutic profile. The company is now preparing to discuss the design of a phase III trial with the FDA during the fourth quarter of 2026.
