Boozt AB publishes the Annual Report for the financial year of 2025 (January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025), which includes the Corporate governance report and Sustainability statement.
Financial highlights:
- Net revenue was SEK 8,287 million, increasing by 1% compared with 2024 (or 3% in constant currency)
- Revenue growth was supported by strong performance in non-fashion categories, with Kids, Sport, Beauty and Home now accounting for 44% of revenue on Boozt.com in 2025, up from 42% in 2024
- Adjusted EBIT for the year was SEK 474 million, in line with 2024 (SEK 473 million), corresponding to an adjusted EBIT margin of 5.7%. Underlying margin improvement driven by operational efficiencies was offset by adverse FX development.
- Free cash flow reached a record high of SEK 871 million (2024: SEK 12 million), driven by the successful reduction of inventory levels and the optimisation of net working capital
- For 2026, Boozt expects net revenue growth of 3-8% in constant currency and an adjusted EBIT margin of 5.3-6.5%
Highlights from the Sustainability statement:
- Boozt published its first Sustainability Statement in accordance with the CSRD and ESRS framework. For the third consecutive year, Boozt maintained an MSCI AAA rating and received a CDP B score
- Recycled waste at the Fulfilment Centre increased to 83.3% (2024: 81.7%), while carbon intensity remained low at 0.37 kg CO₂e per parcel, driven by centralised fulfilment that optimises shipping and local return handling
- In collaboration with leading EU retailers, Boozt launched One Retail Hub, a digital infrastructure designed to streamline human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) across the industry
- The proportion of suppliers committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) increased to 54% (2024: 51%), marking continued progress toward the 2028 target of 88%
Comment from Co-founder & CEO, Hermann Haraldsson:
"2025 was a transition year, and an important one. Boozt executed a necessary inventory clean-up, sharpened operations, and trimmed the organisation. The result is a business that is more agile, more efficient, and ready to scale.
At the same time, Boozt took a quantum leap in integrating AI across the value chain - from optimising marketing spend to streamlining fulfilment - freeing up our talented people to focus on what matters most: delivering value to customers. The defensive plays of 2025 were necessary to set up the winning plays of tomorrow.
In 2026, Boozt plays offence. With a clean inventory, a strong balance sheet, and a new Copenhagen headquarters, Boozt is well-positioned to accelerate growth and take market share."
