BrainCool AB (publ) has received an order from ZOLL of close to one million kronor for disposable and consumable items for the IQool™ System.
This order comes after BrainCool and ZOLL entered into a long-term and strategic cooperation agreement in May (1), which was followed by ZOLL´s order of 20 IQool™ Systems in June (2).
The orders are outside of the large order from ZOLL that BrainCool received in May with delivery starting in April 2024. The mentioned 20 systems have now been delivered and are being put into operation in connection with the new order of disposables.
The order also confirms that the collaboration is running smoothly and that ZOLL prioritizes BrainCool's product. BrainCool has carried out a number of activities since the agreement was concluded, including conducting training courses and presenting the IQool™ System jointly with ZOLL in front of existing and potential customers. Additionally, work is in progress to gradually transition BrainCool´s current customers in the USA to ZOLL.
A wider launch of the IQool™ System and the collaboration will take place at the annual meeting of U.S. Neurocriticalcare on August 15-18, 2023, https://www.neurocriticalcare.org/Events/Annual-Meeting.
