BrainCool AB (publ) and ZOLL (“the parties”) have now signed a new distribution agreement covering the first seven markets in Asia.
A distribution agreement in the US and selected EU markets were announced July 24th, 2023:ZOLL Expands Temperature Management Portfolio to Include IQool™ System, High-Quality Surface Option - ZOLL Medical (“the parties”)
ZOLL will market and sell BrainCool™ System in five Asian countries - Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines - as well as Taiwan and Pakistan.
Furthermore, the parties have agreed to launch the RhinoChill® System on the the Asian market – Thailand, targeting pre hospital segments with the EMS care (1), such as heat stroke, military applications and sudden cardiac arrest.
CEO Martin Waleij comments
- “We are now expanding our cooperation with ZOLL with distribution in Asia. We start in a number of countries where ZOLL has strong positions in the markets. We will cooperate to establishing market approval for the products in these markets as quickly as possible, and the goal is to officially launch in Asia as early as November this year”.
