Byggfakta Group Nordic HoldCo AB (publ) ("Byggfakta") has during the period 8 February – 10 February, 2023 repurchased a total of 4,154 own shares (ISIN code: SE0016798581) to ensure delivery obligations to participants in the company's long-term incentive program for senior executives and key personnel (LTI 2022/2025).
The share buybacks form part of the buyback program of a maximum of 2,200,000 shares, which Byggfakta announced on July 25, 2022. The buyback program is being carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with the Nasdaq Nordic Main Market Rulebook. The objective of the share buybacks is to secure the delivery obligations of shares to participants in the LTI 2022/2025.

All acquisitions have been carried out by Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on Nasdaq Stockholm during regular trading hours on behalf of Byggfakta. Following the above acquisitions, Byggfakta's holding of own shares as of 10 February, 2023 amounts to 1,807,506 shares. The total number of shares in Byggfakta amounts to 218,666,667.
