Byggfakta Group appoints Dario Aganovic as new CEO

The board of directors of Byggfakta Group Nordic HoldCo AB (publ) have today appointed Mr Dario Aganovic to take over as CEO of Byggfakta Group with effect from October 12, 2022, a role currently held by Mr Stefan Lindqvist, who has been with the company for 37 years. Mr Aganovic resigned earlier this year from his role as CEO of AddVision, a company within the AddLife group.
Stefan Lindqvist has previously informed the board of directors that he, in due course and when a new suitable CEO could be identified, would like to step down as CEO of Byggfakta Group, with the aim of continuing to offer his services to the company as a member of the board of directors, should the nomination committee recommend and ultimately the shareholders so decide.
Mr Aganovic has a strong track record of leading complex, international businesses and creating shareholder value through corporate development in his previous leadership roles. The availability of Mr Aganovic accelerated the succession process.
