C-RAD releases their new, state-of-the-art, e-learning platform as part of their new website. Ensuring ease of access and even higher user-friendliness for all customers and distributors.
The new version of C-RAD’s eDucation platform is focused on helping all customers use C-RAD products to their fullest potential. The previous eDucation portal has been available for all customers and distributors as part of C-RAD’s full range offer. Now, as the latest development in C-RAD’s digital strategy the platform has been updated with a range of functionality, all aimed at increasing user-friendliness and ease of use for all C-RAD customers and distributors.
To ensure highest customer satisfaction, the platform has been developed with users. Some of the new features include easier navigation as well as a higher level of personalization. To ensure user-friendliness and ease of use, all documentation is available in local language, set by the user. Quizzes, FAQ’s as well peer-to-peer expert tips and knowledge is also part of the new offer. Since the launch of the new platform in beginning of August usage has increased significantly and is now approaching 400 registered accounts.
“eDucation is not only a nicely organized database of manuals and user guides it is much more, it is an e-learning platform for new and experienced users with application videos, quizzes and answers to all your questions you were always afraid to ask” says Dr. Michel Öllers, Senior Medical Physicist at Maastro Clinic, Netherlands.
Allowing the user to customize their own content and thereby raising the level of personalization is one of the key features of the platform. Initially the content is based on the products you have installed, but each user can easily expand or broaden their knowledge in an easy and intuitive way for coming releases or as part of their clinics development.
