Capital Tankers Corp. – Board of Directors declares dividend of NOK 3.00 per share

Athens, Greece, 1 September 2026: Capital Tankers Corp. (the "Company") announces that the Company's board of directors has resolved a cash dividend payment of NOK 3.00 per share in the Company for the second quarter of 2026, by way of return of paid-in capital (the "Dividend"). The Dividend is payable on or about 18 September 2026 to shareholders of record as of 11 September 2026 (reflecting a last day of trading inclusive the right to the Dividend on 9 September 2026). The shares will trade excluding the right to Dividend from and including 10 September 2026.
