Catella APAM, acting on behalf of Britannia Invest A/S, has secured full occupancy at 1 City Square, Leeds, following the letting of the part 6th floor to Iliad Solutions, a leading global technology company.
The 5,854 sq ft space has been leased on a 10-year term, reinforcing 1 City Square’s position as one of Leeds’ premier Grade A office destinations for technology and professional services occupiers.
