The Board of Directors of Cavotec SA (“Cavotec”) has decided to postpone the date for publication of the quarterly report for the period January-September 2022. The new publication date will be November 30, 2022. The previous publication date for the report was November 4, 2022.
On July 29, Cavotec announced that it had completed the sale of its airports business, Dabico Airport Solutions. The reason for the new publication date is that the completion of the balance sheet for the airports business has taken a longer time than expected. The quarterly report for the period January-September 2022 and the accounting for the sale is required to be reviewed by the Group’s auditors. This in turn has led to a delay of the preparation of the quarterly report for the period January-September 2022. The completion of the balance sheet is also necessary for finalizing our long term financing in line with prior communications.
