Clar Global AB (publ) determines record date for distribution of shares in Clar Global Ltd

The Board of Directors of Clar Global AB (publ) has determined 2 October 2026 as the record date for the distribution of all shares in Clar Global Ltd to the shareholders of Clar Global AB (publ).

The extraordinary general meeting of Clar Global AB (publ) on 14 July 2026 resolved to distribute all shares in the wholly owned English subsidiary Clar Global Ltd to the shareholders of Clar Global AB (publ). Each share in Clar Global AB (publ) held on the record date entitles the holder to one (1) share in Clar Global Ltd. The Board of Directors was authorised to determine the record date for the distribution.

The distribution is a step towards the new corporate structure previously communicated by Clar, under which Clar Global Ltd is intended to become the new parent company of the Group, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals. The new structure is designed to provide Clar’s different businesses with the right conditions to develop and grow, reflecting their respective opportunities and requirements.
