Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, 16 September 2024. The subscription period for the warrants of series TO8 (the "Warrants") issued in connection with Clavister Holding AB’s ("Clavister" or the "Company") rights issue of units announced on 6 December 2023 (the "Rights Issue") begins today and runs up to, and including, 30 September 2024. The subscription price is set at SEK 1.20 per share. Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Clavister, and upon full exercise of the Warrants, the Company will receive up to approximately SEK 51 million before deduction for issuing costs.

Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Clavister, and upon full exercise of the Warrants, the Company will receive up to approximately SEK 51 million before deduction for issuing costs. The subscription price was determined during the measurement period to SEK 1.20 per share, and the subscription period begins today and runs up to, and including, 30 September 2024. Note that an earlier deadline for subscription may apply to holders of Warrants held with a custodian. The last day of trading in the Warrants is 26 September 2024.

Shares and share capital
Upon full exercise of the Warrants, the number of shares in Clavister will increase by 42,397,764 shares to a total of 268,519,174 shares, and the share capital will increase by SEK 4,239,776.4 to SEK 26,851,917.4.
Exercise of Warrants
Trustee-registered Warrants
If the warrant holder has their Warrants in a share depository, in an investment savings account (Sw. ISK), or an endowment insurance (Sw. Kapitalförsäkring) (trustee-registered holdings), subscription and payment will take place with the nominee, who will provide further instructions on the procedure for exercising the Warrants. Warrant holders should contact their nominee well in advance for further instructions regarding the exercise of Warrants, as different nominees have different processing times.
Directly registered Warrants (VP account)
Application is made via a subscription form available on Aqurat Fondkommission AB’s website www.aqurat.se and Clavister's website www.clavister.com. A pre-printed subscription form has been sent to directly registered warrant holders. Payment is made according to instructions on the application form. Both the subscription form and payment must be received by Aqurat Fondkommission AB by 30 September 2024.
Trading of Warrants
Holders who do not wish to exercise their warrants may sell them on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The Warrants are traded until and including 26 September 2024, under the short name CLAV TO8 and with ISIN SE0021183233. Warrants not exercised for subscription by 30 September 2024 will expire without value.
