Climeon welcomed shareholders to the company’s headquarters in Kista in connection with the Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2026. The event brought together both long-standing and new shareholders following the strong interest in Climeon’s recently completed directed share issue. In addition to the AGM proceedings, attendees had the opportunity to meet with Climeon’s board and management team and visit the company’s production and testing site, where ongoing development work and HeatPower 300 systems being prepared for customer deliveries were showcased.

The AGM was also attended by Climeon’s newly elected Chairman of the Board, Kent Sander, and newly elected board member Olle Bergström, who both met with shareholders during the event.
