Climeon’s recently launched HeatPower 300 Marine has been selected as Product of the Year at the Seatrade Cruise Awards 2022. The Seatrade Cruise Awards celebrates industry-leaders shaping the future of the cruise industry and Climeon was recognized by a panel of industry experts for its technological innovation in support of a sustainable, energy efficient cruise industry.
Climeon’s waste heat recovery (WHR) technology reduces fuel consumption, decreases CO2 emissions and delivers both financial and environmental savings, thus enabling shipowners to enhance EEXI, CII and EEDI ratings. The HeatPower 300 Marine builds on the success of Climeon’s proven HP150 system and amplifies the potential of maritime WHR. Designed for larger vessels, HeatPower 300 Marine is ideally suited to the design, specs and operational profiles of today’s cruise ships.
