First quarter 2025 Group
Finance. Debt side - a refinancing of the remaining amount is ongoing. It is strained.
IT. The digital side continues to underperform, it is mainly a volume issue, we need more working process power, which means that there is a need to invest in expanded hardware to access more profitable segments. Dialogues with partners are ongoing.
Environment. It is quite clear that the method chosen by Creturner is the most scalable and cost-effective. It is biochar-based solutions that increase in volume with profitability, other types of technologies are certainly interesting but very difficult to scale up. We have made increasing progress in talks with structural partners, it is likely that some kind of agreement may be reached.
The company is at a crucial stage.
The company has been focussing for some time on scaling up both the digital and the environmental technology side.
Finding a way forward has been extremely challenging financially, exhausting and demanding patience. Of course, the challenging external events driven by the tumultuous US political changes have impacted a lot, above all creating great uncertainty, but we actually see in this more of an opportunity for both business areas. It creates both time and opportunity to engage with stakeholders.
Liquidity is strained and under pressure, and this has and will affect how the company needs to act going forward.
It is reasonable to expect one or more structural interventions to change and stabilise the situation, there is always a risk that such changes may fail.

Creturner Group AB is a group with two business areas in environmental technology.
The digital part is a technical computing business that is expanding to strengthen its long-term potential and create a presence in the fast-growing market for high-performance computing (HPC) capacity. The company has its own facilities in Sweden with low-cost energy production to reduce raw material costs and environmental impact.
The environmental part offers corporate customers an efficient and permanent method to offset their activities. The method is based on BCR (Biochar Carbon Removal), which involves converting residual biomass into the element carbon and storing it to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Corporate customers of Creturner can then purchase carbon offsets in the same way they traditionally offset for climate change, for example by planting trees. Unlike tree planting, Creturner's approach is immediate, permanent and clearly measurable. Monitoring is done through linked smart contracts that give the customer insight into the results and future financial return of the environmental investment. www.creturner.com
