Creturner Group announces that the Board of Directors will shortly send a notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting, to be held on 8 April 2025, for the election of a new auditor. The proposed new auditor is Jenny Gentele, ABC Revision. Board member Patrik Axsäter has announced his resignation for business reasons, he will not be replaced.
ABC Revision AB is an owner-managed auditing firm, based in Solna, which mainly has small and medium-sized companies as customers.

The Board member Patrik Axsäter, has announced that for reasons linked to his other professional commitments to ensure his independence, he cannot continue as a member. The company thanks Patrik for the great contribution he has made to the company and will continue to work together. The Articles of Association allow that remuneration is not necessary. When the next stage in the development of the company is realised, it is likely that the Board will be expanded to reflect that need.
