The Board of Directors of Creturner Group AB (publ) (“Creturner, the “Company”) has today decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting from April 28 to May 31, 2023. Furthermore, the board has decided to postpone the publication of the annual report for 2022 from April 18 to May 10, 2023.
On March 31, 2023, Creturner communicated through a press release that it has entered into a business relationship with a US-based counterpart. Furthermore, it was communicated in the same press release that the Company has not yet determined with the counterparty what this cooperation entails in terms of estimated values or volumes. It is against this background that the Annual General Meeting is postponed; the Company wishes to have sufficient time to present a more concrete status report to the shareholders and the market before and in connection with the Annual General Meeting.

Creturner Group AB is a group with two business areas within environmental technology.
The digital part is a technical computing business that is expanding to strengthen its long-term potential and create a presence in the rapidly growing market for computing capabilities. The company has its own facilities in Sweden with in-house energy production to reduce raw material costs and environmental impact.
The environmental part offers corporate customers an efficient and permanent method to offset their operations. The method is based on Bio-CSS (Carbon Capture and Storage), which involves converting residual biomass into the element carbon and storing it to reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Corporate customers of Creturner can then buy carbon offsets in the same way as they traditionally offset climate change, for example by planting trees. Unlike tree planting, Creturners approach is immediate, permanent, and clearly measurable. Monitoring is done through linked smart contracts that give the customer insight into the outcomes and future financial returns from the environmental investment.
