Fastighetsförvaltning sker i dotterbolaget Zinkhus. Bolaget har anläggningar i Sverige med egen energitillverkning och har huvudkontor i Stockholm.

Creturner Q2 - HPC increases 585%. Q2 profit before amortisation. Partner USA Agreement with the world's largest airline. Co2 technology patent pending - new interesting results.

Second quarter 2023
Group 1 April - 30 June 2023
Figures in brackets are comparative figures for the same period in 2022.

IT. Very positive that HPC increases 585% in Creturner in the last period. The investment is starting to yield results. We see that utilisation is increasing and that prices are holding up. There are many indications that the investment should be expanded.
Environment. Co-operation partner in the USA in an agreement with the world's largest airline. Our contractual partner Spotnana for North America and Canada, which has signed an agreement with American Airlines, continues to expand rapidly, most recently with Lufthansa and its subsidiary companies. Creturner is a supplier of climate offset services to Spotnana.
Technology. Degradation of Co2 technology is now patent pending - new interesting results have been demonstrated. The company has conducted tests with thermal solar power, driving the reaction with sunlight. Initial results indicate positive outcomes.

Result before depreciation Q2 +3.2 MSEK (+5.5)
Result after depreciation Q2 -4.0 MSEK (+1.2)
Revenue in the second quarter 4.5 MSEK (10)
Liquidity is secured with financing agreements
The transition in Creturner has taken time and is starting to show viability

CEO Joakim Erlandson comments:
" It has been an exciting and challenging quarter that we with this report put behind us and where we at Creturner took many important steps forward.
When it comes to the biochar and climate compensation business, there is great interest in our solution both in Sweden and internationally.
During the spring, we have signed a lot of agreements with companies that either offer our solution to their end customers or actively process the market with new customer sales. We feel confident in the agreements that have been concluded and look to the future with confidence.
As an example of such an agreement, I would like to highlight Spotnana, which we are very pleased to have established a partnership with. It is a major player in the travel industry with many of the largest airlines as its clients and during the spring they signed new agreements with, among others, Lufthansa. "Creturner is Spotnana's supplier of carbon offsets and we see great potential in this agreement.
I recently commented on the agreements we have signed, but it bears repeating. It takes time to implement our service with large companies. There are many people involved. The same applies to a number of other partnerships we entered into in the spring.
It has also been a turbulent period for many companies, which means that the decision-making process in business with new customers has taken longer than expected. A challenge that we who work at Creturner meet with even more dedication and more daily contacts.
The work we put in this spring on the website, smart contracts, leaflets and other sales material, as well as signing agreements with strategically important players, we believe will bear fruit in the coming months. It will be an intense autumn.
We have also identified more potential collaborations that we will put a lot of effort into landing. At the same time, we have worked on material for digital campaigns aimed at strengthening the brand and increasing recognition of Creturner as a company and the solution we offer.
This summer, more than any other, has demonstrated the need to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Climate change is costing communities around the world huge amounts of money. The regulations coming from the EU will increase the demands on companies to take responsibility for carbon dioxide emissions. These rules obviously favour companies that operate in the market that we do.
Here it is important to keep in mind that we are a new player that will reach out in the noise. As you all know, a major operational change in Creturner took place in February. Since then, we have been working hard to reach out with our message and solution to companies and organisations.
If we look at the HPC business line, Q2 consisted of a responsible and careful evaluation of the company's opportunities to scale up. Finally, the result we were waiting for came: a fantastic percentage progress + 585 per cent increase from one month to another. This with a good occupancy rate that still has room for an increase. A development that gave us the confidence to continue investing in this business. Implementation and optimisation was our focus. It took time. But with this receipt in hand, we can feel confident in a continued investment and an upgrade in the machine park designed to suit our partner Cudo Compute Ltd. Please read more about HPC in the separate section of this report.
Finally, I would like to write a few lines about the ongoing technological development. In May, a patent application was submitted, and the respected patent agency Bjerken & Hynell carried out the application. The patents are based on a method for breaking down the gas carbon dioxide into its constituent parts of solid carbon and oxygen. As the technology has progressed, interesting discoveries have been made where the energy can be extracted from thermal solar power. This has led Creturner to consider setting up a prototype plant in Spain, Greece or Australia to evaluate the thermal development track.
There are many exciting things happening at Creturner and we are convinced that we can be an important part of the work required to meet the climate challenges."

Creturner Group AB is a group with two business areas within environmental technology. The digital part is a technical computer business that is expanding to strengthen its long-term potential and create a presence in the rapidly growing market for computer capacity. The company has its own facilities in Sweden with its own energy production to reduce raw material costs and environmental impact.

The environmental part offers corporate customers an effective and permanent method to offset their operations. The method is based on Bio-CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage), whereby residual biomass is converted into the element carbon and stored to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Corporate customers of Creturner can then purchase carbon offsets in the same way they traditionally offset climate change, for example by planting trees. Unlike tree planting, Creturner's approach is immediate, permanent and clearly measurable. Monitoring is done through linked smart contracts that give the customer insight into the results and future financial return of the environmental investment.
