Creturner announces that parallel trading and listing of the company's shares on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange will cease.
The company considers that it no longer serves any purpose or benefit for the company's share structure. The number of shareholders outside Sweden is very small and does not affect the company's financial structure. The company has consulted with NGM Nordic Growth Market on the matter and made a decision to discontinue parallel trading. The last day of trading on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange will be 24 February.
