Third quarter 2023 Group
Success in both business areas. Profit in both EBITDA and Operating profit in Q3.
IT. HPC continues to develop in the same direction. Positive fundamental tone and halved market risk on sales with new collaboration. The business area is expanding in a controlled manner and the pace is expected to increase.
ENVIRONMENT. Great interest nationally and internationally. New partnerships are being negotiated. The company is recruiting ambassadors to get the message out.
TECHNOLOGY. Development proceeds according to plan for Co2 decomposition technology.
CASH. Liquidity is secured with financing agreements
OWNERSHIP. 10 largest owners have 59% of the company and have increased 2.4% during Q3.
- Net sales 1 July to 30 September 3.4 MSEK (10.9 MSEK)
- Result EBITDA 2,7 MSEK (7,2 MSEK)
- Operating result amounts to SEK 0.14 million (SEK 2.9 million)
- EBITDA margin 77 % (66 %)
- Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK 1.2 (4.5) million.
- Energy prices are no longer a significant factor

About Creturner Group
Creturner Group AB is a group with two business areas within environmental technology.
The digital part is a technical computing business that is expanding to strengthen its long-term potential and create a presence in the rapidly growing market for computing capacity. The company has its own facilities in Sweden with its own energy production to reduce raw material costs and environmental impact.
The environmental technology part offers corporate customers an efficient and permanent method to carbon offset their operations. The method is based on CDR (Carbon Dioxide Removal), which involves converting residual biomass into the element carbon and depositing it to reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Creturner's corporate customers can then purchase carbon offsets in the same way as traditional carbon offsets such as tree planting. Unlike tree planting, Creturner's method is immediate, permanent and clearly measurable.
