4,573,109 shares have been issued and registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in Creturner Group AB following the exercise of a series 2 warrant and a directed issue.
In total, 4 573 109 new shares have been issued and subscribed for in cash at a price of SEK 0.70/share. Creturner will receive SEK 3.2 million before costs. The new total number of shares and votes is 57,641,501 and the share capital amounts to SEK 1,516,881.66.

The digital part is a technical computing business that is expanding to strengthen its long-term potential and create a presence in the rapidly growing market for computing capabilities.
