AFRY is an international engineering, design and consulting company for the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. The company has offices in 50 countries with a total of 18,000 employees, of which about 75 are based in Östersund.

Prior to moving in, the premises will undergo renovations, including the creation of new meeting rooms and social spaces. Diös and AFRY have signed a green lease agreement, meaning that the parties will jointly design the spaces with the ambition to reduce climate impact and energy use.

AFRY's office will be established on the premises that Bonnier will vacate shortly after the turn of the year. Bonnier is relocating within Diös' portfolio to a previously vacant premises of 919 sqm on Rådhusgatan. In total, the deal covers just over 2,100 sqm, with Diös investing SEK 31 million at a yield-on-cost of 8.5 percent.
