Ralf Brändli joined Divio as CTO in December 2025 and has since made a strong impact on the organization. Under his leadership, Divio has initiated a comprehensive product development program aimed at revitalizing the platform and positioning it at the forefront of available PaaS offerings in the market.

“I have followed Divio for a long time as a customer. It is a platform with strong capabilities and high reliability. In my previous life working for digital agencies, I was always looking for a platform specially designated for agencies. Now I have the opportunity to implement all the needs and also my previous feedback to Divio, which will take the platform to a completely new level. That is what makes it so exciting to now lead this work.

What makes this even more exciting is the ability to leverage AI, which dramatically increases the pace at which improvements can be made. I am currently leading an initiative to ensure that Divio’s development team fully adopts and utilizes the leading AI tools available to us.

Including Ralf’s commitment and an additional SEK 80,000 subscription from the largest external investor in the directed issue, Daniel Nilsson, the total pre-committed amount in the right issue that closes today is currently SEK 2.5m or 48% of the SEK 5.3m total amount.
