In connection with the Company’s preferential rights issue of units in December 2022, as well as the directed issue that was carried out to guarantors in the issue, a total of 31,343,970 warrants of series TO 1 were issued.

Each warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Divio at a subscription price of SEK 0.15 per share during the exercise period which lasts until June 21, 2023. In order for warrants not to expire worthless, the holder is required to subscribe for new shares, with the support of warrants, no later than 17:00 CEST on June 21, 2023, or sell warrants no later than June 19, 2023.

At the time of writing, the price per share in the market amounts to SEK 0.205, which means that option holders who have exercised options of series TO 1B subscribe at a discount of approximately 27 percent. It should be noted that the price per share in the market varies.
