Jouko Aumasalo has extensive international experience in strategic business management and development in different companies. From 2020 to 2024, he was Product & Marketing Director at Hitachi Zonen Inova, Switzerland, in the Systems & Service Solutions’ Business Area. Prior to Hitachi, he held various Senior Director-level positions at Normet International in Switzerland and Outotec in Germany, where he was responsible for business development, product and service solutions and sales development for international services.

With the appointment, Mika Salomäki, Dolea's co-founder and former CEO, has joined the management team as a member responsible for Research and Development (CTO).

· Aki Savonen, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Operations. Savonen has served Dolea since 2020.

Abour Dolea’s business
Dolea's business consists of the design and sale of white and branded drinking straws and the rental of drinking straw machines to global customers based on the MaaS (Machine-as-a-Service) service model. Dolea was granted the Young Innovative Companies 2024 funding. This significant recognition will significantly boost the company's international growth.
