Statement from Group CEO
“Dura has had a strong start to 2025, marked by both organic and acquisitive growth. Our Roofing segment has delivered record-high order intake, laying a solid foundation for the critical second and third quarters of the year. We also completed the acquisition of Isolerab during the quarter — a strategic step forward in our ambition to build the leading platform for sustainable services to the ageing housing stock. The acquisition was financed through the SEK 300 million bond issue completed in December 2024. In parallel, we have continued to invest in our organization to drive future organic growth, with a particular focus on geographic expansion and strengthening our local presence. Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about Dura’s growth potential. With rising consumer confidence and solid momentum in our order book, we are well positioned to deliver continued growth in the coming quarters.”
— Niclas Winberg, Group CEO

Statement from Group CFO
“We are pleased to report 30% revenue growth and a 69% increase in EBITDA on a twelve-month pro forma basis as of March 31st, 2025. During the low season, we focused on enhancing cost-base flexibility and improving margins across all Group companies. We’ve also implemented measures to improve the Group’s working capital profile. Combined with investments in geographic expansion and an enhanced sales playbook, we expect these efforts to yield results during the remainder of 2025. Demand has remained strong across the Group. Notably, our Roofing segment reported a 53% higher order intake compared to March 2024 — supporting a positive outlook for Q2 and Q3.”
— Alexander Singer, Group CFO
