Eduviva Group continues its European expansion with the acquisition of TTS in the UK
Eduviva Group, the European market leader in creative and educational products, has acquired TTS, a leading UK provider of educational products, curriculum-led learning resources and furniture for pre-schools and schools in the UK as well as international customers. The acquisition establishes a strong platform for Eduviva Group in the UK and further strengthens the group’s position as the most comprehensive platform for creative and educational products in Europe.
Eduviva Group has completed the acquisition of RM Educational Resources Ltd and its subsidiaries from RM Plc. RM Educational Resources Ltd, known in the market as TTS, is headquartered in Nottingham, United Kingdom, and is a well-established supplier of educational resources, furniture and curriculum-led products. The company holds a strong position in the UK market and has an international reach across Europe, the Middle East and other markets.
TTS has a particularly strong position in own-developed and curriculum-based products, with a broad assortment across early years, furniture, ICT, special educational needs and other key learning categories. The acquisition gives Eduviva Group a strong platform in the UK education market and significantly strengthens the group’s international B2B business.

TTS will become part of Eduviva Group and operate as a separate business unit alongside the Group’s existing businesses. Eduviva Group’s decentralised operating model means that TTS will continue to build on its established market position, customer relationships and product development capabilities, while gaining access to the group’s broader product ranges, sourcing resources and European network.

The acquisition is also expected to strengthen Eduviva Groups’s ability to develop and scale own brands, international sales and product innovation across the group. TTS is already an important partner and supplier to several Eduviva Group companies, and the combination creates further opportunities for collaboration within learning materials, furniture, private label development and sourcing.
