Ernströmgruppen's Flow Technology Business Area Acquires Nordic Power Service

Ernströmgruppen strengthens its Flow Technology business area by acquiring the Finnish company Nordic Power Service (NPS). NPS is a niche global service and installation company for boilers in the industry of paper and pulp and power plants. The assessment is that market demand is increasing, driven by higher requirements for efficiency, sustainability, regulation, modernization, and safety of boilers. NPS is assed to have a strong position in the market for boiler-related services and had a turnover of 24 million euros last year.
NPS has long-term partnerships with leading OEM companies in the industrial boiler market, providing a solid foundation for future growth. The company has recently expanded its offering to include boilers for metal smelting.
