The subscription period for the previously announced rights issue of approximately SEK 13.6 million in EKOBOT AB (publ) ("Ekobot" or "the Company") begins today, May 2, and runs until Monday, May 16, 2022. Information and instructions for how existing shareholders and new investors to subscribe for the issue are gathered under the tab “Rights issue” on the Company's investor page: https://www.ekobot.se/foretradesemission/. Shareholders and other stakeholders are welcomed to the Company's digital presentation on Aktieportföljen Live, Wednesday 11 May 2022 at 13: 00–13: 30, where CEO Erik Jonuks will present Ekobot and answer questions.

Ekobot's CEO, Erik Jonuks, will present the Company on the Aktieportföljen Live, Wednesday 11 May 2022 at 13: 00–13: 30. Shareholders and other stakeholders have the opportunity to follow the presentation in real time and ask questions to the Company during the subsequent question time, or alternatively watch the event afterwards, on Direkt Studios Youtube channel.
Aktieportföljen Live is a digital event organized in collaboration between the Facebook groups Aktieportföljen Sverige and Aktieporteføljen Danmark with over 150,000 committed members. The event is broadcast from Infront Direkt Studios and distributed through the Equity Portfolio's digital platform and Infront Direkt Studio's own distribution channels.
