Elopak ASA: Announcement of dividend per share in NOK for first half of 2026

Reference is made to Elopak ASA’s (“Elopak”, Oslo Børs Ticker: ELO) announcement on August 18, 2026, regarding the declared dividend for the first half of the financial year 2026.

The NOK dividend per share is based on average EURNOK fixing rate from Norges Bank in the period plus/minus three business days from record date 16 October 2026, in total seven business days.

Norges Banks average fixing rate for this period was 10.5914. The dividend for the first half of 2026 of EUR 0.065 per share is accordingly NOK 0.6884 per share.
