Enad Global 7 publishes bond prospectus and applies for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 21 February 2025, Enad Global 7 AB (publ) (“EG7” or the “Company”) announced that it had successfully placed SEK 350 million senior unsecured floating rate bonds within in a bond framework of a maximum of SEK 1,000,000,000 (the "Bonds"). For the purpose of the listing of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm, the Company has prepared a prospectus that today has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the “SFSA”) and published the prospectus on the Company’s website. First day of trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to take place on or around 9 April 2025.
The Company has, in connection with the application for the listing of the Bonds, prepared a prospectus which today has been approved by the SFSA in accordance with the Prospectus Regulation. The SFSA only approves the prospectus as meeting the standards of completeness, comprehensibility and consistency imposed by the Prospectus Regulation. The approval should not be considered as an endorsement of EG7 or as an endorsement of the quality of the securities that are the subject of the prospectus and does not indicate that the SFSA guarantees that the facts in the prospectus are correct or complete. The prospectus is available on the Company's website, (https://www.enadglobal7.com/financing/) and will soon be available at the SFSA's website (https://fi.se/sv/vara-register/prospektregistret/).
The Company will shortly apply for the admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list on Nasdaq Stockholm. First day of trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to take place on or around 9 April 2025. The ISIN-code for the Bonds is SE0023950720 and the short name is EG7 201.
