Enersize today reports strong results from a long-term customer collaboration with yet another major food manufacturing company, this time in the cereal segment. The project, focused on optimizing compressed air systems, has resulted in measurable energy savings and confirms substantial ongoing potential – further reinforcing the company’s value proposition in industrial energy efficiency.
During the initial measurement, leakage-related energy losses equivalent to approximately SEK 250,000 were identified. A follow-up measurement one year later revealed additional leakage worth SEK 115,000 – despite prior corrective actions. The remaining savings potential is now estimated at SEK 200,000, equivalent to 55% of the total leakage value detected over the period.
"This is clear proof that our data-driven methodology works – even at sites where initial efficiency measures have already been taken. The potential is often much greater than expected, and with the right tools we can unlock it in a sustainable and scalable way," says Fredrik Arrigucci, CEO of Enersize.
The project was conducted using Enersize’s digital platform, which enables structured analysis, documentation, and follow-up of energy data. The platform is a key component of the company’s scalable offering – particularly suited for manufacturing industries where compressed air represents a significant share of total energy consumption.
"Our technology delivers value over time. It clearly demonstrates that this isn’t a one-off intervention – it’s a way of working that enables continuous improvement and savings. The market is ready for exactly this kind of solution," Arrigucci adds.
Globally, compressed air accounts for up to 10% of industrial electricity use – with as much as 20–30% often lost due to leakage. Just as much can often be saved through system optimization. Enersize offers a proven solution – and aims to become the go-to partner for industrial compressed air optimization.
