It’s always a pleasure to share good news – especially when it comes directly from our customer projects. This spring has brought several important developments, both operationally and strategically, and I’d like to highlight a few of them here.
Measurable Results – and New Opportunities Ahead
We recently presented to one of our framework agreement customers that, thanks to our work, they are saving approximately SEK 300,000 this year. It’s always rewarding to deliver positive news – and even better when it opens the door to new discussions.
We are now exploring opportunities to expand our collaboration to additional sites, while also identifying further savings through compressor optimization at the current facility.
Advancing Our Solutions – In Partnership with Customer and the Swedish Energy Agency
We’ve submitted an application to the Swedish Energy Agency’s call for "Verification of Innovations with Customers." Our goal is to further develop our audit and monitoring solutions – focusing on both ease of use and integration of our patented methods, as described in our previous newsletter.
Dialogue with Shareholders – Thank You for Your Engagement
I also want to take a moment to thank all of you who have reached out with questions and reflections via email and at shareholder meetings. Your engagement means a lot and helps me see the company from different perspectives. I’d like to address two recurring themes:
1. “We don’t know what’s happening in the company.”
I understand this feeling. That’s why I see it as my duty to increase transparency – even around minor updates, ongoing efforts, or internal reflections. This newsletter, alongside our broader communication, is part of that commitment.
2. “Why aren’t we selling more, with such a strong product?”
That’s a very fair question. One challenge is that the person who approves our services isn’t always the one who directly sees the financial benefit. It’s our job to bridge that gap – and we are making progress. We're now seeing more customer meetings and increasingly constructive dialogues. I believe we’re becoming more relevant.
Strengthening the Organization and Strategic Focus
To further increase our presence and relevance among customers, we will – after the summer – bring in a process engineer specialized in energy and compressed air systems. This will enhance our ability to deliver consulting services in compressed air optimization and compressor sizing – areas where we’re already active and where demand is growing.
Welcome to Our New Board
I’d also like to extend a warm welcome to our new board of directors – especially to Mats Karlsson, our new member. We recently held a highly productive and energetic strategy session. At the same time, I’d like to sincerely thank Anders Wallseth for his contributions and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
