EPTI AB (“EPTI” or “the Company”) decided in April 2023 to refine its operations with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI). The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Oodash AB, organization number 559333-7867, was founded in 2021 and has developed a product that enables companies to chat and talk with their corporate data, with visual reporting in real time. By applying several techniques within generative AI, a combination of numerous fine-tuned Large Language Models, a new storage technology that uses vector databases, in a GDPR and data secure manner, the company has a unique offering within a rapidly-growing market. Today, oodash has connections to over 300 different data sources and corporate systems, where oodash can generate responses, graphs, and assist with improvement measures based on the data in the sources through input in text and speech. Therefore, to clarify the Company's connection to the new strategic direction within applicable AI, the Company’s board proposes a name change to Oodash Group AB (publ).
The Company will continue to manage a small number of companies with the intention of applying oodash’s products and expertise. For example, the company sees opportunities to assist holdings such as Apotekamo and Linky with a product that can simplify their operational work. The name change is also seen as a natural step to mark a new chapter in the company's journey, as the Company no longer has the same service offering within IT services as before.
The Company sees great potential in the knowledge built up within AI in oodash and thus also being able to support companies with the implementation of other AI tools.
“The potential of oodash as a product within applicable AI is enormous, and we assess that it is to the benefit of the company and our shareholders that we continue to refine and focus on what we see as the future within technology and digitalization. We are experiencing greater demand than we anticipated and are now working with a handful of pilot customers,” says Arli Mujkic, CEO.
The Board intends to shortly call an extraordinary general meeting to change the company name in the company’s articles of association.
