oodash Group AB (publ) (“oodash” or the “Company”) announced on December 27, 2024, that the Company’s Board of Directors, with the support of the authorization from the continued Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2024, approved a cash share issue. The Swedish Companies Registration Office has now registered the share issue. The total issue amount is SEK 11 512 368 at a subscription price of SEK 162 per share, representing a premium of approximately 308 percent compared to the closing price on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on December 23, 2024.
Summary of the Share Issue
The investor participating in the share issue was Stephan Meyer, founder of the company docstr.de. The total number of shares in the Company increases by 71,064, from 3,385,254 to 3,456,318 shares, and the share capital increases by SEK 710,640, from SEK 33,852,540 to SEK 34,563,180. This corresponds to a dilution effect of approximately 2.1 percent for existing shareholders. The Company’s post-money valuation is thus approximately SEK 560 million.
