oodash Group AB (publ) ("oodash" or "the Company") has today signed a customer agreement ("the Agreement") regarding the sale of AI-services to a value of at least EUR 780,000, corresponding to approximately SEK 9 million, over 18 months. The agreement is initially for 18 months and is then extended for 6 months at a time. The agreement has been signed with Win.Rocks AG (“Win.Rocks”), an innovation company specialized in generative AI and the development of holistic and scalable AI systems.
The company has signed an agreement with Win.Rocks regarding the sale of the company's AI-services. The AI-services consist of adaptation and licensing of applications from ooda.ai as well as AI computing through the Company's proprietary decentralized AI computational Network. The agreement was signed and is valid from 13 December 2024 and corresponds to a value for the Company of at least EUR 780,000, corresponding to at least approximately SEK 9 million, over 18 months. The agreement is initially for 18 months and is then extended for 6 months at a time.
Win.Rocks is an innovation company specialized in generative AI and the development of holistic and scalable AI systems. The company is headquartered in Teufen, Switzerland and operates in the global AI market developing its customers' AI offering.
