oodash Group AB (publ) (“OODA AI” or “the Company”) has signed a customer agreement (“the Agreement”) with Medic Connect GmbH (“Medic Connect”), a leading personnel service provider in the healthcare sector. Under the Agreement, OODA AI will receive 50% of the result generated from increased net earnings, cost savings, or efficiency gains directly tied to the implementation of its AI services. The initial term is 36 months, with automatic 12-month extensions.
The AI-services consist of adaptation and licensing of applications from OODA AI as well as AI computing through the OODA AI's proprietary decentralized AI computational Network. Through this agreement, OODA AI will provide Medic Connect with, among other things, access to its AI-powered business intelligence platform "oodash" as well as a secure, GDPR-compliant internal AI enterprise chat solution. These technologies will enable Medic Connect to efficiently integrate and analyze their own data sources and interact dynamically with their data via AI-driven chat functionality.
