oodash Group AB (publ) (“OODA AI” or the “Company”) has signed a customer agreement with Sergel Kredittjänster AB (“Sergel”) regarding the Company’s AI-based OCR (Optical Character Recognition) API. The agreement is initially valid for 12 months and is thereafter extended in 12-month intervals. Sergel is a leading provider of credit management services in the Nordic region.
The Company has entered into an agreement with Sergel regarding AI-powered computation via the Company’s proprietary computing network and an API developed in-house that transforms documents into structured data through the Company’s own decentralized AI computing infrastructure. The agreement was signed on May 22, 2025.
Sergel is a leading player in credit and debt collection management in the Nordic region, operating in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The company provides services within accounts receivable management and debt collection, as well as messaging and payment solutions, to both public and private sector clients. By combining modern digital solutions with a strong focus on customer relationships, Sergel handles millions of cases annually and plays a key role in securing healthy credit flows in society.
