Fasadgruppen enters into new financing agreement for continued acquisitions

Fasadgruppen has entered into a new SEK 2,700 million credit facilities agreement with Nordea, SEB and Svensk Exportkredit. The agreement replaces Fasadgruppen’s previous separated credit facilitates with respective lender and increases the group’s total available credit facilities with approximately SEK 600 million.
The credit facilities agreement consists of credit facilities in a total amount of SEK 2,700 million, comprising a revolving credit facility in an amount of SEK 1,600 million and two credit facilities in a total amount of SEK 1,100 million. The duration of the agreement is three years with two one-year extension options, giving a maximum duration of five years. Fasadgruppen intends to convert the credit facilities into sustainability linked loans in line with the new targets for emission reductions that the group is developing and will submit to the Science Based Targets initiative.
