Helsingborgs Fasad was founded in 2009 and its offering includes masonry and plastering, tiling and balconies. Projects are mostly carried out in the Helsingborg area, but also in Malmoe and other parts of southern Sweden. The company has built a strong local market position and has many private and municipal property owners as returning customers. Helsingborgs Fasad has 14 full-time employees, and for the financial year 2021, its preliminary revenues amounted to SEK 30 million.

Fasadgruppen intends to complete the acquisition of all shares in Helsingborgs Fasad during the first quarter. Fasadgruppen is using available credit facilities and existing cash to finance the acquisition. The seller has undertaken to re-invest part of the purchase price by acquiring existing shares in Fasadgruppen within the next three months for an amount corresponding to SEK 3 million. The shares bought under the re-investment are subject to a lock-up commitment for twelve months.
