Saxemarka VIII consists of five apartment buildings built in the 1960s. The project includes façade renovation and additional insulation to improve energy performance. Work on the first building will begin in the spring of 2024 and will be followed by two buildings per year up to and including 2026. The order value amounts to approximately NOK 34 million and is RSM Fasade's largest single project since its inception in 1999.
