FIFAX Plc, Company announcement, inside information, 9 May 2025, at 3:10 p.m. EEST
The Åland Islands District Court, in its decision today on 9.5.2025, has decided on the commencement of restructuring proceedings under the Act on Corporate Restructuring concerning the FIFAX Plc (“Fifax” or the “Company”. The court has appointed Attorney-at-law Andrei Aganimov from Merilampi Attorneys Ltd. as the administrator of the Company’s restructuring procedure.
According to the district court's decision, the proposed restructuring plan must be prepared by 6.6.2025.
The Company will issue separate announcements regarding the progress of the proceedings and any related material decisions.

Indoor tanks better safeguard against external factors, and the environmental impact and pollution from the facility is significantly lower when compared to traditional fish farming in water bodies.
