Two members of the Board of Directors of FIFAX Plc ("Fifax" or the "Company"), Riikka Koskenohi and Robin Blomqvist, have announced their resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors with immediate effect.

The Company thanks Riikka Koskenohi and Robin Blomqvist for their contributions to the Board of Fifax Plc. Decisions regarding the number and election of board members will next be made at the Company’s Annual General Meeting in 2025, in accordance with the Articles of Association.
